Linking key performance measures to business activities that align with dealership strategy are critical to long-term business success. It will provide the participants the ability to effectively interpret data from financial reports, analyze operational information, and make sound business decisions impacting Profit drivers to improve the Profit of their parts and service departments. This intensive course enables an upper level manager to get their hands around a single department in just two days.
The NTDA has arranged a special group rate of $159 plus tax for single/double occupancy at the Hyatt Regency Dallas Fort Worth Airport. The hotel is located right at the airport for your convenience. Reservations may be made beginning December 6, 2011 by calling 1-888-421-1442. Please refer to the National Trailer Dealers Association Meeting when making your reservation. Reservations must be made no later than Feb. 7, 2012 to receive the discounted group rate.
The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to/from all DFW International airport terminals. Hotel check in is 3:00 p.m., and check out is 12:00 p.m. (The hotel charges an additional $20 fee for early/late checkouts on the days of arrival and departure.) The hotel offers complimentary self parking if you have a rental car or are driving in for the meeting. Valet parking is available for $12 per day or $25 overnight.
